This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Class Schedule mobile application (the "App").

The App allows you to input and store schedule information, including but not limited to class times, course names, instructor information, and assignment details ("Schedule Data"). This information is stored locally on your device and may be backed up to your iCloud account if you have enabled this feature.

Class Schedule uses the collected information for various purposes:

To provide and maintain the App
To notify you about changes to our App
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our App when you choose to do so
To provide customer support
To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the App
To monitor the usage of the App
To detect, prevent and address technical issues

3. Storage of Your Information

The information we collect about you is stored primarily on your device. Schedule Data is stored locally and may be backed up to your iCloud account if you have enabled iCloud backup on your device. We do not have access to this backup data.

If you choose to contact us via email, your email address and any information you include in your message will be stored securely until the inquiry is resolved, after which it will be deleted unless legal requirements necessitate longer storage.

4. Transfer of Your Information

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information to and process it in . Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us.
