We do not automatically collect or store your photos or edited images unless you specifically choose to upload them to our servers for processing purposes.

5. LOCAL PROCESSING OF DATA

PixelAI Studio processes most of your data locally on your device whenever possible. This means that your photos and the edits you make are typically stored directly on your device and not transmitted to our servers. However, certain advanced AI features may require temporary transmission of your images to our secure servers for processing. In such cases:

  • Your images are transmitted securely using encryption
  • Images are processed on our servers and then immediately deleted after the processed result is returned to your device
  • We do not retain copies of your images on our servers after processing is complete

6. YOUR MOBILE DEVICE

We may deliver push notifications to your mobile device to provide updates and other relevant information. You can manage your notification preferences through your mobile device settings.

The Application may request access to certain features of your mobile device, such as your camera, photo library, and location services. You can manage the Application's access to these features through your device settings.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CONTROLS

You have certain rights regarding your information, including:

  • The right to access the Personal Data we have collected about you
  • The right to request correction of any inaccurate Personal Data

11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

12. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.
